- Individuals: The maximum contribution allowed from an individual is $2,800 per election cycle.
- Corporations and Organizations: The maximum contribution allowed from corporations and organizations is also $2,800 per election cycle.
Please note that contributions exceeding these limits will be returned or refunded promptly to ensure compliance with campaign finance regulations.
Legal Requirements and Special Instructions:
- Contributions must be made from personal funds and cannot be reimbursed by any other individual or entity.
- Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
- Contributions from foreign nationals, federal government contractors, and minors under the age of 18 are prohibited.
